The symbol system
Three coin types do all the work. Cash coins carry a stake multiple printed on their face. Jackpot coins carry a tier name (Mini, Minor, Major or Grand) instead of a value. Mystery symbols reveal themselves as one of the other two when the bonus resolves. On top of that, the original has two symbols its sequels dropped or reworked: a Sticky Coin, which can land during the ordinary base game and waits on the reels (worth up to 9x bet) until a bonus finally triggers, and a Coin Collect symbol, which sweeps up every visible coin and jackpot value at once during the bonus.
