The permission nobody warns you about: where you are
Install guides walk you through “install unknown apps” and stop. The permission that actually decides whether the app works is the location one, and it is better understood at home than in an airport.
Canada’s regulated market is provincial rather than national. An operator registered with the AGCO and iGaming Ontario is authorized to accept play from inside Ontario; an AGLC licensee, from inside Alberta. The game is portable; the account is not.
