On an iPhone, Safari is all you need: open the casino’s site or the free demo, tap play, and the HTML5 build runs as it does on any other device. Two refinements sit on top of it: a casino app distributed on the App Store where the operator is regulated, and the home-screen shortcut that turns the site into a pseudo-app. APK files, meanwhile, are an Android format, so the “iPhone APK” question answers itself.

Option 1: Safari, zero install
Open the casino’s site, log in, launch the game. The free demo works the same way, with no account needed. This is the default option in provinces whose platforms have no iOS app, and the demo route works identically everywhere in Canada.
Option 2: Home-screen shortcut
In Safari: Share button → “Add to Home Screen”. You get a dedicated icon that opens the game full-screen with no address bar: app comfort without an install. You can remove it at any time, and it leaves no trace.
Option 3: Casino app from the App Store
Operators regulated in your province (AGCO/iGO-registered in Ontario, AGLC-registered in Alberta) or provincial platforms such as PlayNow may distribute an official iOS app that includes 3 Oaks titles. Check the app’s publisher: it must match the regulated operator exactly.
Play responsibly: 19+ in most provinces, 18+ in Quebec, Alberta and Manitoba. See also Android access and tablet access .
